This easy-to-use holder is for samples 5-25 mm with a thickness of 200-800 microns and parallel edges. The holder grips the edge of the sample, minimizing damage.

This square sample holder is for use on samples with lithography printed at 45° relative to silicon (100), for scribing with the FlipScribe® along the diagonal.
